Tree Down

We have been having lots of Spring storms with rain, win, and even snow some days-not the kind of late April weather I hoped for.  This week a storm even blew over the cherry tree in our front yard. It was weak at the base and was probably going to have to be pulled up this summer, but sad to see it on the ground.  Now's the time to start re-landscaping the yard I suppose.

Spring Ski

We went for a ski tour this morning hoping for sunny skies and a few good turns.  It wasn't as warm and sunny as we we're hoping a spring tour would be but we still had fun and even got Tate on skis for the first time.  Might take a couple more times before he gets the hang of it and really starts going fast! :)

Visits and Visitors

We've have a busy couple of weeks visiting Gigi (Great-Grandma Baird) and Mormor and then celebrating Grandpa Skinner's birthday this weekend.

Airplane travels

Tate took his first airplane trip to Denver last weekend.  Luckily for this Mommy it was a short plane ride as traveling with a squirmy 13 month old proved to be quite a challenge.  He did very well considering we had to sit on the plane for 45 minutes before we finally took off.
