Opps!

Mommy put me in my jeep backwards but I'm pretty smart and still figured out how to make it go forward!

Happy Halloween!

We had a "lil Sack of Taters" at our house for Halloween.  I think Tate was only in his costume for a total of 30 minutes but it was fun to make and dress him up.  It was a team effort as I sewed his little sack, Ian made the logo and Tate went along with his parents crazy idea!  Maybe next year he'll be a Tater Tot!

Loving the weekend

Now that I don't have to work Saturdays anymore we love spending our weekend mornings together.  We go for coffee at our favorite spot Coffee Garden and sometimes do other errands before nap time.  Tate is so alert and happy in the mornings it's makes these little trips lots of fun.  It was rainy and cool this weekend; I think winter won't be long!
All bundled up

And ready to go!

Go Utes

Even though it was raining like crazy we took Tate to his first football game this weekend.  He loved every minute and didn't even notice the rain-what a good sport!  Can't wait to go again.

Pumpkins!

We took the babies to Gardner Village last week which was decorated for Halloween.  Gardner Village is little shopping area and they do a wonderful job with decorations so it was perfect for some fall pictures.  Owen and Tate were pretty willing subjects as the pumpkins made great play toys!

Tate's Eight

Tate's 8 months old today and busy as can be.  He loves being in his jeep and has figured out how to go forward and backwards in it.  Watching him waddle around in the jeep is pretty cute!  I think he'll be walking soon as he's trying hard to pull himself up to a standing position and takes a few tentative steps whenever he can.  Watch out!

Mormor's 2nd Fall Visit

So happy to have Tate's part time babysitter back in town!  Mormor came from Denver for a long weekend and Tate loves having a new playmate to play with.  They go for walks, read books, play with blocks-all kinds of fun things!

Wilson, WY

We love Wilson and wish we could join all our friends who live there.  I think Tate would fit right in with his Patagonia vest.

All dressed up!

We went to some friends' wedding at the Linn Canyon Ranch.  It was so fun to be back there and introduce Tate to the ranch.  It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since we were there getting married...how our lives have changed!

No Go

Tate has decided he is not into food even when he can make a huge mess in the kitchen like he did with this banana!  Happy as can be but I don't think one bite make it in his mouth.  Just about anything else goes in his mouth but not a spoonful of food-what a little turkey!

Fall Visitors

Mormor flew in to town on her way to New Mexico for the Fall and met up with Grandpa Todd and family friends Don and Kathy Adis for a motorcycle trip.  It was a quick trip but luckily Mormor is coming back two more times this fall/winter!
Motorcycle riding could run in the family!
He loved it!

 Happy Family.

Won't be long before he's running free!

Fall Time

Yikes!  I can't believe it's been a month since I've done a Tate Update! We've sure been busy though--our weekends have been busy with visitors and trips and lots of fun.  It's been wonderful weather so Tate had one last swim in his pool before we put it away.
