Tate had his 4 month appointment last Friday and he did great!  He had to get another round of shots but luckily he has some big thighs to absorb all the medicine.  He weighed 16.25 lbs and is 26 inches long.  Lots of good growing since the last appointment.  It's been busy around our house as we've started going to Jenny's, the babysitter and I am trying to finish up one last class.  

 Tate loves to put just about anything he can in his mouth including Mommy's finger!

June 17th

Little Man Tate is 4 months old today!  And he is definitely starting to look like a little boy.  I can't hardly believe how fast the time has gone!  He is talking up a storm and loves to tell us about his day with lots of coos and ah goos.  

We don't go for our 4 month check up until next week, but I'm guessing he's at least 15 pounds and 25 inches long-a big boy!

Tateville

During Grandma Todd's recent visit, we started calling her Mormor, which is Swedish for grandma.  She came and spent two wonderful weeks in "Tateville" while Ian traveled for work and I finished up my days at Nordstrom.  Mormor worked hard to get Tate on a nap schedule and I think he listened to her most of the time!  They had some great days together-strolling through the neighborhood to the coffee shop, learning how to roll over and reading books.  We were so sad she had to go home but got some great pictures while she was here.

Welcome home Daddy!

We we're so happy when Daddy came home.  It's been really warm so Tate was showing Daddy his beach muscles in new sleeveless outfit!

Travels

It's been a busy start to June around our house.  Mormor (Grandma Todd) arrived last Tuesday for two weeks in Tateville.  Then Ian left on Thursday for 6 days of work in Vegas.  Sunday brought Aunt Bev to town for a short visit to meet Tate.  It's been so great to have visitors and helpers while Ian's been out of town.  Tate has been spoiled with kisses, songs, books, and lots of walks.  What a lucky baby!
